2010 Mercury Mountaineer: A Perfect Blend Of Comfort And Capability
Premium features, versatility, commendable performance and abundant configurable cargo room – all rolled into a well equipped package called the 2010 Mercury Mountaineer. A premium midsize sport utility vehicle, the brand new 2010 Mercury Mountaineer is available at Central Florida Lincoln Mercury, a leading authorized full service dealership for new Mercury vehicles and used cars in Orlando, Florida (FL).
The new Mountaineer, available in Base and Premier trim levels, offers space for up to not five, but seven passengers and comes with an abundant configurable cargo room. The extremely accommodating, top of the line Premier models are equipped with a power moonroof and premium audio system with in-dash 6-CD changer. Further, Heated Leather-trimmed front seats include elegant perforated leather inserts, as well as 10-way power driver and six-way power passenger adjustment with memory to accommodate a variety of drivers and passengers in complete comfort.
Efficient engines and premium options
The 2010 Mercury Mountaineer comes with two efficient engines: a 4.0-liter V-6 with 201 horsepower and 254 lb.-ft. of torque; and a 4.6-liter V-8 with 292 horsepower and 315 lb.-ft. of torque. These engines are coupled with a wide-ratio five-speed automatic transmission and can tow up to 5,305 lbs. when properly equipped. When coupled with the first-in-class six-speed automatic transmission, the 4.6-liter V-8 engine equipped Premier model can tow up to 7,040 lbs. The optional Navigation System offers SIRIUS Travel Link that provides everything from turn-by-turn voice guidance, to gas prices, weather information, sports scores and movie listings. Also, the available SYNC lets you place and receive phone calls and choose music on your MP3 player with simple voice commands. For critical safety, the Mountaineer is equipped with accident-avoidance features such as AdvanceTrac with Roll Stability Control (RSC), maintains control on the vehicle in adverse road conditions such as ice, gravel or rain.
