The Amazing 2010 Infiniti FX
This four-door, 5-passenger sport-utility vehicle has everything you need in luxury at a very affordable price. This Infiniti comes with a rear wheel drive model. It is also available with the Infiniti intelligent all wheel drive.
This sport-utility comes with a smooth operating 3.5 liter V-6 along with powerful 24 valves. It also offers a dual overhead cam with four valves per cylinder and micro-finished camshafts. The steel intake and exhaust valves with continuously variable value timing control system optimizes the opening of the intake and the exhaust valves.
According to many of the experts this drive offers one of the smoothest running along with the best engineered V-6 engines available today. The FX offers 303 horsepower at 6600 RPM along with a 287 lb-ft of torque at 4800 RPM. Driving is made exciting with the electronically controlled 7-speed automatic with Adaptive Shift Control. You also have the option of a manual shift mode that offers sequentially selectable manual gearshits and downshift rev matching. The mileage offered is 16/23 for the RWD and 16/21 for the AWD. It comes with a 23.8 gallon gas tank which allows for long trips before it is necessary to stop for a fill up.
Anyone that has not driven an Infiniti FX should do so if for no other reason than to handle the vehicle speed sensitive power steering. This offers amazing control with the slightest of ease in handling. The sports-utility also comes equipped with independent front and rear suspension, and 4 wheel 4 channel ABS brakes. You will find a 5 spoke 18 x 8.0 inch aluminum wheels standard with 20 x 8.0 inch alluminum alloy wheels as an option.
This vehicle is a pleasure to drive. It is capable in all types of weather conditions including icy roads as well as off road trips. It can easily drive through fresh snow with no problems. Aside from the comfort afforded the driver, the passengers are also equipped with comfortable seats as well as leg space.
The Infiniti FX comes equipped with an abundance of standard features. Some of them include the automatic on/off HID headlights, the integrated front fog lights, dual chrome exhaust tips, dual-zone Automatic temperature Control System, rear-seat heating and cooling vents, along with power door locks and power windows. The comfortable seats come with leather trim. For pure music enjoyment the sports-utility is equipped with an 11 speaker Bose Premium Audio System along with AM/FM/CD with MP3 playback capability.
