Using CD Mailers To Leverage Your ROI

The normal CD mailer configuration has a folded back panel, with a flap that folds over the top of the back panel and then seals the mailer closed with a self adhesive strip. It also give the space for the A4 letter behind the CD and allows for a continuous print pattern over every panel part of the mailer.
They are often referred to as printed card mailers or custom printed CD mailers. The mailers are printed using a process know as screen printing. Screen printing a very versatile method of printing because the surface does not have to be printed under pressure like litho printing, this gives a very nice finish to your mailer.
There are many options available with CD mailers in regards to the upgrades you can have. For example you can get for a spot gloss effect, this is an area that is printed with just a clear gloss to enhance that area of print, this might be the call to action (website or phone number) or your logo. It really makes that area 'pop'. Metallic foil is also an choice, you can opt to have 1 of your colors a metallic foil, usually available in silver,metallic blue, red, silver, gold and other metallic colors.
