Firebird hood - for beauty that is more than skin deep
It is said that for a person to look good more than having a great body and great features one needs inner beauty and inner strength in terms of a healthy body and a healthy approach to life. Many Hollywood stars can be put forward as evidence who don't have very special looks in sheer physical terms but have a commanding on screen presence. And when you are considering spending some money on doing up your car it makes sense to look for products that give it better looks and at the same time make it stronger from within as well. Such as carbon fiber hood.
A carbon fiber hood may appear to be meant only to give a cosmetic change to your car but in reality its benefits run deep. When a car is designed there is a lot of attention paid to the power to weight ratio of the car. Since the engine is usually decided before the detailed working of the car's design the amount of power available is sort of fixed. Now if the manufacturer wants the car to have a livelier performance as compared to other cars in the same class one thing the manufacturer can do is make the car lighter since then the same amount of power will now need to carry a lesser weight. This will improve the acceleration of the car. And by installing a carbon fiber hood you do something that reduces the weight of the car since the replacement hood is much lighter that the hood that was provided with the stock car.
Therefore if you own a smart car such as the Firebird and you want it to look smarter and perform smarter you should consider installing a Firebird hood. And there is one more benefit that you can look forward to. There will be lesser weight on the front wheels of the car and that will make it easier to steer as the release will be relatively more free to respond to a steering wheel command.
