Atlantic Toyota and Huntington Toyota Customers Learn Camry Best Selling Car for 2010
Atlantic Toyota and Huntington Toyota customers have heard the news that the Toyota Camry has been officially named the Best-Selling Car in the U.S. for 2010. This will be the ninth year in a row the Toyota Camry has held this title as well as holding the award for 13 out of the last 14 years.
Best-selling car for 2010 was not the only award given to the Toyota Camry. It also received 2010 Best Car for the Money by U.S. News and World Report's Car Rankings and the 2010 Toyota Camry was awarded "Best Midsize Sedan" by Motor Trend.
"Thanks to our customers' enduring confidence in the quality and reliability of our vehicles, Toyota remained the best-selling retail brand for the third consecutive year, Camry was again the best-selling car in America for the ninth straight year…" said Don Esmond, Senior Vice President of Automotive Operations, Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., in a Toyota press release. "We are truly grateful for the strong loyalty our customers showed the Toyota brand in 2010, and we look forward to a successful year in 2011."
Atlantic Toyota customers may be interested that passenger car sales for Toyota were led by Camry and Camry Hybrid. Both vehicles have a combined total of annual sales of 327,804. Close behind the Toyota Camry was the Toyota Corolla, which posted 266,082 units in 2010. Ending sales for the year gives Toyota a good reason to predict 2011 to be a strong year.

Some great features of the 2011 Toyota Camry include dual zone automatic climate control, power tilt and slide moonroof, remote keyless entry system and voice-activated touch-screen DVD navigation system.
