Adjustable Sliding
how to strap the fit Gentle Leader on dog?
I just bought a Gentle leader headcollar. I followed the instructions on the manual but the adjustable sliding clamp doesn't move down or adjust. How do you move it down to the control ring?
Thankyou everyone, just managed to open the clamp. It was very tight so used a screw driver and now it's open and adjustable.
Gees.. I know what you mean and don't know how to describe it.
The clip you mean has to be "opened" in order to slide up or down and then "closed" to fix it in that place.
On the bottom of the clamp you are talking about you should be able to push the bottom in so that the top comes open and the clamp slides up and down.
Add... just had a look at one for you. One side of the clamp is flat to the fabric. The other side has a "clip" that moves. Pull the clip down and it free's it from the fabric. Slide to the correct place and then close again. lol..Hope you can understand that.
